EIS Retail provides price-finding (Scout) and pre-verified deal discovery (FastBuy). We do not sell products or handle logistics.

What we collect

• Account & contact: name, email, basic profile you share.
• Service data: your queries/items, categories, budget hints, unlock/usage history.
• Technical: IP, device/browser info, cookies for session/analytics.
• Payments: processed by our payment partner (e.g., WooCommerce/PayPal/Stripe). We do not store card numbers.

How we use your data

• Provide Scout and FastBuy, verify prices/availability, and send your results.
• Run the 7-Day Price Watch for Scout and send alerts if we see a lower total price.
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
• Send service emails/notifications (e.g., result ready, sold-out updates, account messages).
• Optional analytics to understand performance (non-sensitive, aggregated where possible).

Sharing

• Service providers: hosting, databases, payment, analytics, and messaging strictly to operate our services.
• Retailer links & affiliates: when you click an affiliate link, retailers may track the referral to confirm commissions; this does not change the price you pay.
• Legal: we may disclose if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• We do not sell personal data.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies for login/session and limited analytics to understand usage and improve the site. You can control cookies via your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep account and service records while your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion as described below.

Your choices

• Access/update your info in My Account or by contacting support.
• Request deletion of your account/data (subject to lawful exceptions).
• Opt out of non-essential emails via provided links.

Children

Our services are for users 13+ (or local equivalent). We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring). No method is 100% secure; we work continuously to protect your data.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified by email.
