Services

• Scout ($2.50): You request an item; we deliver 2–3 lowest verified options with live retailer links. Includes a 7-Day Price Watch with alerts if a lower total price appears.
• FastBuy ($5): You unlock the current purchase link for a pre-verified deal (often 30–40% below our benchmark). No ongoing watch; re-verification happens at unlock.

“Retail” benchmark

Percentage discounts are based on a National Online Benchmark—the lower of (a) MSRP and (b) the median current online price from major U.S. retailers at search time. Local in-store prices may differ.

Fees, credits, and refunds

• Scout: $2.50 covers search and verification. If we cannot find any qualifying option (in-stock, exact item/SKU, reputable retailer) within your request window, we will credit/refund $2.50. Otherwise, Scout fees are non-refundable.
• FastBuy: $5 unlock fee is auto credited/refunded only if the deal is sold out at unlock. Otherwise, non-refundable (service performed).
• All product purchases, returns, and price adjustments are handled by the retailer under their policies.

No product sales or logistics

• We do not sell products, take deposits, or ship items.
• You purchase directly from the retailer. Any delivery, warranties, or returns are between you and the retailer.

Affiliate disclosure & independence

• Some links may be affiliate links. If you purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
• Affiliate status does not influence rankings—lowest verified total price comes first.

Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or overload our systems.
• No automated scraping of our site or circumvention of access controls.

Accounts & communications

• You’re responsible for your account security and keeping contact details up to date.
• We may send service messages (e.g., results, alerts, order-status related to Scout/FastBuy).

Disclaimers & liability

• We provide information “as is.” Prices and stock change rapidly and are controlled by retailers.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
